NAME
     powercycle - power cycle the server board at the named location

SYNOPSIS
     powercycle location

     powercycle  -h

DESCRIPTION
     powercycle(1M) power cycles server board running in the specified location. 

OPTIONS
     The following options are supported:

     -h              Help. Displays usage descriptions.

                     Note -  Use alone. Any option specified  in
                             addition to -h is ignored.

OPERANDS
     The following operands are supported:

     location        Server board location.
                     Multiple location arguments are not permitted.

     The following location forms are accepted:

                     Sun Fire 12K and E20K:

                      SB(0...8)

                     Sun Fire 15K and E25K:

                      SB(0...17)


EXTENDED DESCRIPTION
  Group Privileges Required
     You must have platform administrator privileges to run  this
     command.

     Refer to the System Management Services (SMS)  1.6  Adminis-
     trator Guide  for more information.

EXAMPLES
     Example 1: Power cycling server board that is not powered on/active.

     sc0:sms-user:> powercycle SB2
     
     Server board at SB2 has been power cycled.

     sc0:sms-user:>


     Example 2: Power cycling server board that is powered on/active.

     sc0:sms-user:> powercycle SB2

     USBRDT-5240 at SB2 is active.
     The server board should not be powered off while it is still active.
     Data loss may occur.

EXIT STATUS
     The following exit values are returned:

     0               Successful completion.

     1               An invalid location was specified.

     2               An invalid command-line  option  was  speci-
                     fied.

     3               The user does not have valid privileges.

     4               Unable to power cycle the board.
