I'm sponsoring this fast-track case for Tarl.
The timeout is 7 Dec 2009.

Requested binding is any firmware release
and minor/micro/patch for OS components.

It adds an optional property to the top level pci node
as a hint to the OS if INTx is not supported on this
pcie bus. (For virtual/shared pcie RCs, SDIO).

The binding has been updated, and is in the materials
directory, and the one in FWARC/Specifications has been
updated (with the last two sets of changes in the SCCS
file, which was missing last time around.)
