For whatever reason, the interfaces were not ARC'ed for N2/VF. If you have a new interface
for N2/VF you need to follow the same protocol you have been following so far (that is get
an agreement between vbsc and ilom).

However, if you expect these interfaces to be reused on RF, then you would need to get them
ARC'ed. Either I can add them now (if you have a prototype working) or you submit an update
later.
