I am sponsoring this case as a fast-track for myself which creates a new
property in the platform
node to dictate if platform can support PCIE ARI capability.

The changes are in the platform node of the guest MD as described below.

The following optional property will be added to the platform node.

        Property:

        Name Tag Req'd? Description
        -----------------------------------------------------------------
        pcie-ari-supported PROP_VAL No A 64-bit unsigned integer
                                               indicating that ARI can be
                                               supported on the platform.
                                               The presence of property
                                               means that ARI can be
                                               supported, value of the
                                               property has no meaning.

If above property exists in the platform MD then OpenBoot may create similar
property
in the root device node to indicate that platform can support ARI.

I would like to get this case timed out as soon as possible. Will it be
possible to review by Friday, July 23rd?

This case will be approved for a minor/micro/patch OS binding
and a minor/micro binding for the firmware.

Thanks.
