SUMMARY
=======
Sun Grid Engine 6.1 is a popular distributed resource management software.
The intend of this paper is to get LSARC approval for version 6.2 of this
product.

ISSUES
======

On Sun, 6 Jul 2008, Edward Hunter wrote:

"has already be shipped" were probably said too much, but our 6.2beta2 is available since 6/18 both for open-source and product customers.

Tom Childers: Has SunGrid Engine been through the ARCs?
Andreas Haas: Yes. See (2006/346) for Grid 6.0 case.
Tom Childers: Good as we look at the incremental changes since the last review.
	-5 interfaces have changed that impact the docs for commands etc. with
	JRE impact.
	-No impact for admin, config, high avail, internationalization, localization
	-Few changes for packages and delivery.
	-Security impact is a copy for what was in the 2006/346

Tom Childers: What is the intent of these releases? Provide Overview.
Andreas: 4 of 5 interfaces are feature improvements and bug fixes.


THE NEXT STEP
=============

1) Materials: expected 07/09/2008

-Most specifications are in wiki's. ARC needs static image of the docs.
Project team to provide wiki source to include in inception.materials.
-Expecting 5 man pages and reference docs.
-Remove Sun Internal XXoprietary as appropriate.

2) Upon receiving materials, convert to fast-track. Set timeout to 07/15.

3) Add links to preceding cases to one pager / materials.

4) Remove Section 4.11 from one pager b/c it's redundant and confusing.
