        Openproj is a project management tools which suppport project's
        planning, scheduling and tracking.

    2.2 Risk and Assumptions:
        Another project, Gnome Planner, provides similar functionality.
        Please refere to LSARC/2008/454 for detail information.

    4.1. Details:

        Openproj is a open source project management tool. It is compatible
        with other popular project management tools and has very similar 
        function (Gannt, PERT diagram, histogram, charts, reports, detailed 
        usage), as well as tree views which aren't in some of them.
