I am sponsoring this fasttrack for Stuart Kreitman of the X team.
It removes an unmaintained Xaw frontend to the unshipped mh mail handler
system.   Users who actually want to use a mail gui based on that technology
are encouraged to use the nmh replacement for mh, and the exmh gui instead
of xmh - both are better maintained than their obsolete/abandoned
predecessors.

The timeout is set to Tuesday, June 23.   The release binding is 
Patch for EOF announcement, Minor for actual removal.
