I am sponsoring this case for the Sailfin team. The timeout is
10/26/2009.

http://sac.eng/arc/LSARC/2009/568

We briefly discussed this case today at LSARC, and there was some
confusion about the email log and why the case had not appeared
normally (it was sent to one-pager on 10/13).

Due to release schedule, the team is eager to see this case approved.
I'm hoping that another ARC member can take a look quickly and either
raise issues or +1 the case by this Friday, thank you.

Lloyd,

I think that the status for this case should be "closed not reviewed".
Please see the following email for details:

http://mail.opensolaris.org/pipermail/opensolaris-arc/2008-October/011763.html

Basically, no one has stated that they have read the fast track and
issued the required +1. There are 2 options. First, you can extend the
timer 1 week asking for review from the committee. Second, you can
close the case as "closed not reviewed".

Please note that there is an on-going conversation within the community
to clarify the policy but it currently states that you need a +1 or
someone to ask questions.

Thanks,

John

Specifically, it's "closed *denied* not reviewed". Teams who get too
many cases denied because no one on ARC has time to review will need to
escalate to their management that they need to increase the number of
engineers from their team who participate in ARC's so that the ARC case
load can be more evenly shared among the teams using the ARC reviews.
