I am sponsoring the following Self-Review fasttrack for Paul Simons
and Ted You.


  This case is for the migration of the Intel 1gb NIC driver (e1000g)
to the Nemo framework.

  This driver will be supported on Sparc, x86, and amd64 platforms
and will reside in the appropriate platform subdirectory specified
for drivers for each of the supported platforms.  The existing name
will continue to be "e1000g", and no longer use DLPI interfaces but
use the GLDv.3 driver interfaces to the network stack.  The only new
functionality from the previous driver is that it will also be
available for the Sparc platform.

  As the migration to Nemo does not change any exported interface
or user experience, this driver migration will have the "patch"
release binding.
