The interfaces added by this case have stability level Committed.

I am asking for a patch release binding.  The project team only plans
to integrate into ONNV, but I see no reason why this couldn't be added
to a patch release if a customer escalates a request to do so.

	Add a symbolic link with the name '64' in /usr/ucblib and point
	it at the architecture specific  directory which contains
	64-bit libraries.
	Add a symbolic link with the name '32' in /usr/ucblib and point
	it at '.'.

	Background
	==========
	/lib and /usr/lib, as well as other library directories spread
	throughout Solaris, that contain 32-bit as well as 64-bit
	implementations, contain a separate directory that holds
	the 64-bit versions of those libraries.  The name of this directory
	is architecture specific; eg. sparcv9 or amd64.
	An additional directory entry has been added, by the name '64',
	and pointed at the architecture specific 64-bit directory to
	create an architecture neutral name.
	A symbolic link by the name of '32' pointing at '.' is also
	added for bitsize neutrality.

	This will satisfy RFE:
	5084403 /usr/ucblib needs to ship with 32/64 symlinks

	Create symbolic links such that:

	On all architecture machines, /usr/ucblib/32 is a symlink
	pointing to ".".

	On 64-bit AMD architecture machines, /usr/ucblib/64 is a
	symlink pointing to "/usr/ucblib/amd64".

	And on a 64-bit SPARC architecture machines, /usr/ucblib/64 is
	a symlink pointing to "/usr/ucblib/sparcv9".
