Dare I ask at this point about the utils in /usr/ccs/bin ?

Definitely fodder for another case, but would this set some kind of
precedent?

Do you mean this one?

% ls -l /usr/bin/make /usr/ccs/bin/make
-rwxr-xr-x   1 root     bin       204188 May  3 18:51 /usr/bin/make
lrwxrwxrwx   1 root     root          14 Jun  8 13:15 /usr/ccs/bin/make -> ../../bin/make
%

Or the others? We're waiting to see more of those move to /usr/bin,
if that's what you mean, but those seem out of scope here.

Not that I can see. It's following the existing precedent in
2007/047.
