dladm(1m) as the recommended command to administer bge Link Properties

Beginning with the <Placeholder SXDE Release>, the dladm(1m)
command should be used to set/get link properties, and to view
the status of the bge driver. 

Note that the ndd(1m) command is to be marked Obsolete in an
future release, and the dladm(1m) command should instead be 
used to administer properties for bge drivers.

Specifically, use the dladm command with the appropriate subcommands as
follows:
* dladm set-linkprop - to set link properties                                 
* dladm show-linkprop - to display link properties                            
* dladm show-ether   - to display link status
