I'm sponsoring this case for Keith Wesolowski and myself. I believe
it qualifies for self review and therefore have marked it "closed approved
automatic." I'm happy to turn it into a fast track and set the timer if
anyone believes I've misjudged.

Background:
===========
PSARC/2007/177 SMF Read-Protected Property Storage specified the
"read_authorization" property for property groups of type "application"
(SCF_GROUP_APPLICATION). "application" is one of the predefined property
group types. The other predefined types are "framework", "dependency",
"method" and "template". SMF also provides for service bundles (manifests)
to define other ``application-specific'' typed property groups as desired.

Problem:
========
As specified, only "application" typed property groups may be read
protected. This was not the original case's intent.

Solution:
=========
Extend the context of Read-Protected Property Storage to include
application-specific typed property groups.

"framework", "dependency", "method" and "template" typed property groups
are part of the infrastructure and will not be permitted to be read
protected.

	So of course, I left out the release binding is unchanged as
	is the interface taxonomy:  Patch/Committed.
