I am sponsoring this case on behalf of Adrian Frost.  The changes are
straightforward and qualify for Architectural self-review, but the project
team wishes to record the following information.

The release binding specification for PSARC/2007/460 was inadvertently left
out of the case materials.  This case corrects the ommission by specifying
a patch release binding for PSARC/2007/460.  The project team also wishes
to modify the stability level for fmadm(1M) output for fmdadm(1M)
from uncommitted to not-an-interface.
