OVERVIEW:

        ZFS needs a way to handle "smb" shares.  ZFS already has the sharenfs
        property, we need to create a "sharesmb" to handle smb shares.

PROPOSED SOLUTION:

        Create a property "sharesmb" that will allow for datasets to be
        shared via "smb".
