	The wget binary physically moves from /usr/sfw/bin to /usr/bin.
	A link is left behind from /usr/sfw/bin/wget to /usr/bin/wget.
	The wget man page moves from /usr/sfw/share/man to /usr/share/man.
	The wget.info file moves from /usr/sfw/share/info to /usr/share/info.
	The wget.po files move from /usr/sfw/lib/locale to /usr/share/locale.
