I am sponsoring this case for Lucy Wang. It is to provide a new NIC
driver, ntxn(7D), for NX2031/NX2035 chipset. The requested release
binding is micro/patch.

The architecture and interfaces are clear enough to be an automatic
case, I am marking it as "closed approved automatic".

4. Technical Description

This project is to integrate the driver for NetXen NX2031/NX2035
chipset into ON. This driver is important as it is adopted by the
server platforms of IBM and HP.

NetXen has software license agreement with Sun to allow Sun integrate
this driver and distribute the software in both source and binary
object code forms. According to the SLA, Sun has the right to make
modification to the source code and distribute the modified driver in
  open source and binary forms.

It is based on gldv3/nemo and mac_type plugin.
