The main document to review here is bridging-spec.txt, which includes
the CLI and all of the private architectural details.  It has been
updated to address the issues that were brought up during the attempted
fast-track review.

The design is not yet under review; it's an early draft.  Comments are
welcome, but the utility of reviewing it at this point is low.  It's
provided for deeper reference information on the applicable parts of
the standards, the rationale for implementation choices, and some of
the known issues.

The presentation is stale, but has some possibly useful drawings that
explain how the parts go together.  (There've been some changes since
then, but it's mostly accurate.  The version of the design document
that will be sent for review will include pictures like these, which
is why this old document is included here.)
