This case is exposure: open, but the case materials mentioned are not
published to opensolaris.org (I suspect because they have
confidentiality markings).

If the material really is confidential, surely this case (such as it
is) should be exposure: closed (with associated justification).

If the material isn't confidential, it too should be exposed.

This seems especially common with self-reviewed FMA cases, is there
perhaps some boilerplate text in a template you're using that should
be selectively excised?
