	sam-fsd(1M) man page will be updated to describe the updated behavior
	for the -C option, as well as new behavior for the new -D and -N
	options.

	The administrator will observe no sam-fsd entry in the post-Solaris 9
	file /etc/inittab.  The administrator will be able to use the SMF
	svcadm to stop/re-start the sam-fsd daemon.

	Messages related to sam-fsd start/re-start will need to be
	investigated.
