I'm sponsoring this case as a self-review for Jan "Honza" Hnatek.
If anyone disagrees, let me know and I'll promote this case to
a fast track.

4. Technical Description

OVERVIEW

By mistake and for some unknown reason, we have been shipping a locale "cz"
(at the OS layer only) in addition to the rightful Czech locales such as
"cs_CZ" and so on for several Solaris releases.

Clearly, this is an error going against the full-blown and conservative
locale naming convention based on the [1] that is widely used in the industry
and also by us.

People shouldn't use the "cz" locale but use the rightful "cs_CZ" and so on
locales. (This error is also recorded in the CR 6309693.)

With this project, we would like to remove the locale through the EOF process
and correct the error.

DETAILS ON THE EOF

Once approved by ARC and Solaris P-Team, we will do the EOF announcement at
an S10 UR Release Notes and do the EOF execution at Navada/OpenSolaris.

That the "cz" locale name is an error and people should use the rightful
"cs_CZ" and so on locales will be recorded as the EOF statement.

PROPOSED INTERFACES & RELEASE BINDING

Interface Classification Note
--------- -------------- ----
/usr/lib/locale/cz	Obsolete Committed	OS locale directory and
"cz" as an OS locale name

The project team proposes Micro/Patch release binding for EOF announcement
and Minor for EOF execution.
