Summary

This project implements VRRP (Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol)
version 3 for IPv4 and IPv6, and VRRP version 2 for IPv4.  The VRRP
protocol provides high-availability of static IP routing services by
allowing multiple routers to cooperate to dynamically detect failures
and fail services over to available backup routers.
