The existing mmsadm(1m) CLI is already designed to have new libraries added via its existing ``hwtype=type'' option. To support the SL3000 in MMS, we will need to add "SL3000" to the list of supported hardware types. Every library type supported by MMS has its own library that contains configuration settings for that specific library. This change creates one new library for the SL3000.
