This text modifies PSARC 2009/111 to remove the SMF service for the IB Device Management Agent (svc:/system/ibdma:default).  Instead, IBDMA will be managed as a subcomponent of the SRP Target service svc:/system/ibdma/target:default.   IBDMA will be active when the SMF service for ibsrp/target is enabled.

In addition, after consultation with the IB group,  the name of the constant IBT_DMA has changed to IBT_DM_AGENT.   The meaning of the constant has not changed.

The clarified sentences about the implementation of the IB DM Agent in 4.2.2 should read:

   The IB Device Manager agent will be implemented as a
   miscellaneous kernel module 'ibdma' under /kernel/misc.  This
   is consistent with other IB modules and clients.

   The IBDMA module will not be separately managed, but will be
   managed as a subcomponent of SRPT.
