I'm sponsoring this familiarity case for Heli. The requested
release binding is minor. The man page has been posted in the
materials directory, and the OpenSSL contract will be posted
after it is approved.

=======
Httping[1] is a program like 'ping' but for http-requests. Give it an url,
and it will show you how long it takes to connect, send a request and
   retrieve the reply.

Httping-1.2.9 will be integrated into the SFW consolidation as part of
this proposal, and will be installed as SUNWhttping.

This project requests a minor release binding.

I think it's actually External and requires a contract. If that's
changed, please point to the ARC case that changed it.

"External" is no more. Things that were External are now interpreted
as is appropriate for the underlying stability, and generally as
Volatile. See:

  http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/arc/policies/interface-taxonomy/#History

If this project is delivering from the same consolidation as openssl,
then no contract would actually be required per the current rules
(though, yes, I believe the project team has demanded contracts in the
past even from things in the same consolidation). If it's a separate
consolidation, then it'll be needed.

(This just begs for a better factoring ...)

The approved openssl contract is in the materials
directory under openssl_contract.txt.

Yes I remember the whole External/Volatile thing. My recollection
was that imports were still listed as the original taxonomy.
The exporting project team would be the one to rename.

In any case this seem moot here since there is a contract.

	Sorry for the noise.

Hi, All,

I will be upgrading from 1.2.9 to 1.3.0 prior to integration to
include more bug fixes. There are no interface changes.
