NAME
	/sbin/netstart - restores persistent settings that apply to
	    protocol modules and starts soconfig(1M).

SYNOPSIS
	/sbin/netstart -f file

DESCRIPTION
	The netstart utility initializes all the persistently configured
	global settings that apply to IP, TCP, UDP, and SCTP protocol modules.
	It is started from inittab(4) before svc.startd(1M) and does the
	following:

		1. Restore all the persistent properties
		2. Start soconfig(1M) and pass the file argument

OPTIONS
	The following options are supported:

	-f file		soconfig configuration file to be passed to
			soconfig(1M).
