This case covers the following:

- The moving of the observability features of dladm(1m) and flowadm(1m)
  into two new separate commands: dlstat(1m) and flowstat(1m)
- Enrichment of the statictics monitored by datalinks (dlstat) and
  flows (flowstat).

  deliverables (unchanged since inception)

- dlstat.1m.txt and flowstat.1m.txt - draft man pages for the
  new commands (modified since inception as shown below)

- dladm.1m.diffmk.txt and flowadm.1m.diffmk.txt - diff-marked
  dladm and flowadm manpages. (modified since inception as shown below).

- References/kstats_for_dlstat_flowstat.txt
  Design and naming convention and semantics for the internal kstats
  introduced by the project. These project private interfaces are included as
  reference here, and are ouside the scope of the architechtural review.


Changes since the inception review:

1. Reset option is no longer offered

2. -o's (+ or -) option no longer supported.

3. Fine granularity network statistics are made available through kstats. 
   See reference material for details.

4. dlstat supports subcommands. The subcommands are designed to correspond 
   to dladm's subcommands. i.e. dladm show-phys lists physical links input
   to dlstat show-phys, dladm show-link lists links input to dladm show-link,
   so on and so forth.
