The project team would like to update this case with the following
changes. A new copy of the materials are archived in the case
directory. If any ARC member feels that they need additional time to
review the changes I will set a standard one-timer.

Cindi

Technical Description

This update withdraws the sysevent_subattr_thrmin and
     sysevent_subattr_thrmax interfaces introduced in the
original case. These were intended to provide control
over the number of threads servicing a particular
     subscription. That is meaningless since
deliveries arising from any single subscription
are always serialized, so only a single door server
thread per subscription is ever required.
